Alexander has been working closely with companies for many years, leading change and transformation processes. He has witnessed the positive dynamics in teams when sustainable foundations are created and employees can drive the change.

He believes that helping companies on the transformation journey starts with inspiring them and making future possibilities tangible. Transformation processes need frontrunners, and once the process is underway and reaches a tipping point, the entire organisation begins to change.
