Mariana Nicolau

Mariana’s expertise lies in equipping transformation leaders with effective tools to help them increase their impact and advance sustainable solutions that really matter – for example with regards to engaging people and influencing behaviours towards more sustainable lifestyles, organisations and markets.

For this reason, Mariana is one of the driving forces of the Pioneer Network, which is a co-do lab mastermind group of transformation pioneers. The network supports pioneers to double their impact through peer-to-peer learning and collaboration in co-do lab flagship projects.

At the CSCP, Mariana focuses on advancing sustainable behaviour change in real-life contexts. Her work includes capacity building of different stakeholder groups on behaviour change strategies as well as the development and implementation of behaviour change interventions to pilot and test strategies in various settings.
