With her hands-on approach in initiating and leading a corporate digital transformation journey, Victoria is a true change leader who builds on 10 years of private sector experience, both in supply chain as well as business innovation. She is keen on getting to know the people within an organisation and find out what levers need to be pulled to bring about real change.

At the co-do lab, Victoria focuses on developing and accompanying individual transformation pathways through empowering employees, enabling cross-functional collaboration and creating safe spaces for people to test and learn.

At the CSCP, Victoria focuses on capacity and skill building projects to make organisations fit for a sustainable future.
