Daniela Chaves

co-do! lab Team

Daniela connects people, perspectives, and potential – creating spaces where collaboration becomes meaningful, not just efficient. At the co-do lab, she designs people-centred transformation processes at the intersection of organisational development and sustainability. Inspired by nature, she applies a systems lens: learning from living ecosystems how resilience, circularity, and interdependence can guide the way we collaborate and regenerate.

At the CSCP, Daniela is a project manager with over 10 years of experience in the private sector. With deep expertise in the food industry, she engages on circular economy and biodiversity, applying her background in large-scale projects, lean methods, and continuous improvement to mainstream sustainability.

At the heart of her work is the relational dimension: how people relate to themselves, to one another, and how they reconnect with nature and their wider context. As a mother, she knows what actually matters in everyday life: changes that are realistic, relational, and grounded in care for future generations.
