“Ziel des Projektes war die Entwicklung einer übergreifenden Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie sowie die Konkretisierung von Nachhaltigkeit in neun Geschäftsbereichen. Hierfür wurden Benchmarkings durchgeführt, übergreifende Leitlinien entwickelt und Ziele festgelegt. Für ausgewählte Bereiche und Abteilungen wurden Handlungsfelder und Maßnahmen identifiziert.
Die Unterstützung des CSCP und co-do lab hat die Nachhaltigkeitstransformation bei uns deutlich vorangebracht. Hierbei hat vor allem der starke Fokus auf die Mitarbeitenden geholfen, sie aktiv einzubinden und an der Transformation zu beteiligen.
