Marc Böker

As an experienced human resources leader in medium-sized companies and corporations at national and international level, Marc stands for inspiring leadership skills, insight and empathy for people in organisations, and a passion for tackling challenges and further development in a practical way.

At co-do lab, Marc focuses on enabling transformation at all levels of an organisation. He pays particular attention to the role of the human resources function. Marc is also committed to strengthening democracy and diversity and empowering employees to work together effectively across functions.

At the CSCP, Marc focuses on projects to build capacity and capabilities to make organisations fit for a sustainable future.
