Zhao Cheng

Zhao is a transformative futures enabler with expertise in foresight, participatory methods, and design thinking. At the co-do lab, she specializes in futures visioning, aiming to empower individuals, organizations, and communities to imagine alternative and desirable futures. She believes, they are sources of hope that expand perceptions of possibilities towards sustainablity, informig long-term strategy and guiding transformation. Zhao also leverages design thinking to help stakeholders prototype ideas and develop innovative solutions, translating visions into actionable pathways.

At CSCP, Zhao focuses on the topics of capacity building, circular economy, and digitalization, driving sustainability at systemic, organizational, and individual levels.
